Mr. Toney is committed to enforcing the principle that the U.S. Government and its agents are not above the law. His practice is devoted exclusively to representing individuals affected by actions of the U.S. Government. Mr. Toney provides personalized legal services that are effective and reasonably priced. He works diligently to ensure that each client's interests are aggressively advanced and that his practice conforms to the highest ethical and professional standards. In short, Mr. Toney provides zealous advocacy in accordance with the laws and ethics governing the practice of law and the legal profession.

Mr. Toney aggressively advances his clients' interests through high quality written and oral advocacy. He devotes great care in fully developing and advancing each client's legal claims. With the exception of routine communications, Mr. Toney asks clients to review all written materials before submission to the applicable court or federal agency. Frequent client consultations and open communication are a fundamental part of Mr. Toney's practice of law. Where it is in the best interests of the client, and with the approval of the client, Mr. Toney aggressively pursues informal resolution of legal disputes.

Mr. Toney provides legal services from his office in Northern California. He is available to travel nationally and internationally when required. While Mr. Toney greatly values face-to-face contact with clients, and pursues such contact whenever possible, the development of advanced technologies such as e-mail and electronic file transfers permit effective representation without face-to-face contact, with no disadvantage to clients.
