Fees

The fee ranges provided below are typical for the type of legal actions identified. Please note that the lower fee level is the minimum charged for the particular type of action. So, for example, the minimum charge for BCMR work will be $4,500,00, and for Federal District Court Litigation, $12,000.00, etcetera.

The cost for your particular action will depend on the complexity of your case and the amount of time required. The fees listed below do not include expenses such as copying services, binding, mailing, or travel and lodging. A detailed fee agreement is prepared for each client's approval and signature. Please contact Mr. Toney with any questions you might have regarding his fees.

Boards for the Correction of Military Records
