If a military record corrections board has denied your application, you may be able to obtain review of the decision by a federal court. Mr. Toney can assist you in making that determination. Mr. Toney also provides representation for active and former military personnel in the appeal of federal district court decisions to the appropriate U.S. Court of Appeals. Mr. Toney's practice also includes aggressive and comprehensive representation for military personnel and civilians requiring assistance in obtaining or maintaining national security clearances, and the representation of corporations and individuals in claims against the U.S. Government under the Foreign Claims Act and the Federal Tort Claims Act.
