His federal court experience includes emergency actions involving habeas corpus, the lawfulness of debts claimed by the government, officer promotions, Privacy Act violations, constitutional violations, Don't Ask, Don't Tell, unlawful discharges, and delays and withdrawals of general officer promotions. If a military record corrections board has denied your application, you may be able to obtain review of the decision by a federal court. Mr. Toney can assist you in making that determination. Mr. Toney also provides representation for active and former military personnel in the appeal of federal district court decisions to the appropriate U.S. Court of Appeals.
