Raymond J. Toney is a civilian military lawyer providing aggressive, effective, and affordable legal services to military personnel and veterans in a wide range of actions involving military law, federal court litigation, and federal court appeals. Mr. Toney is respected for his professionalism, close attention to detail, and zealous advocacy, both written and oral.
